Using our Simple VNC software, we can resolve your computer problems quickly, whether you are based in Leeds, Yorkshire or anywhere else in the UK.

 

The first step is to give us a call on 0113 2426060 to describe your problem to one of our engineers. We will give you a support ticket number and take some details from you if you are a new customer. 

 

After you have spoken to one of our engineers, we can guide you through the download process, using the instructions below, and then we can take control of your computer remotely to resolve your problem.

 

Our emergency rates for customers who are not currently supported by Simple IT Solutions are:

 

Remote support using Simple VNC software - £35 per incident* (plus VAT at 15%)

 

Onsite support from one of our engineers - £100 per incident* (plus VAT at 15%)

 

* 1 incident is defined as an issue that can be resolved with no more than 90 minutes support time. If an engineer has to come on site the 90 mins is from when he arrives to when he leaves your premises. If your problem is too complicated to be resolved within 90 minutes, we will advise you how much it is likely to cost. 

 

We can normally issue an invoice to be paid within 14 days, although we still reserve the right to ask for immediate payment in certain circumstances. 

 

Instructions for download of VNC software 

Step 1

Upon clicking the link to download the simple VNC client, you will be prompted asking if you would like to run or save the application, select run.

Step 2

Once the software has downloaded, you will be prompted that the software publisher cannot be verified. This is because we have not had the software digitally signed, however this does not present any issues. Select run.

Step 3

You will now be presented with the helpdesk selection screen. At this stage your technician will tell you which helpdesk to select. If you have not already done so, please call us now on 0113 2426060 so we know you are waiting for support.

Step 4

When you select a helpdesk your computer shall be connected to our support network. You may close this connection at any time and once the session is over the software is removed from your computer.

Please select the department that you wish to speak to, enter your phone number in the box below and click on 'Call'. Only UK 01, 02 and 07 numbers will be accepted.
