We were founded in Leeds in 2006, with the mission of making IT as simple as possible for other companies. We discovered that people are often scared of IT issues because they are blinded with jargon or receive unfriendly service or unfeasibly high bills. We wanted to provide a friendly, affordable service which takes the hassle out of all things IT related.

We also started working on the website services that we offer, developing our own content managed system, to make dynamic websites affordable and accessible to smaller companies.

Our small team has extensive IT experience, and we also have a network of trusted partners that we work with in Edinburgh and New Zealand.

Simple IT Solutions is an impartial IT support and web development company, we have no ties or affiliations to any particular software provider. We believe this allows us to offer a much better service to our clients, as we only recommend the solutions that we think will work for their business, not the ones that will earn us commission. We are also champions of Open Source software, which is free to use, and if we can find an Open Source solution that we think will help your business we will always recommend it.
